My wife and I bought this property in Twin Lakes because we have always loved this neighborhood, and we plan to retire in this quiet, charming community. Our cottage is located within walking distance to so many things our family enjoys: boogie boarding at Twin Lakes Beach; sunsets, drinks, and dinners at the Crow's Nest Restaurant; sailing and stand-up paddling the Yacht Harbor; concerts and rides at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk; a few games of beach volleyball, followed by coffee at the Kind Grind; and breakfast at the local favorite Harbor Cafe. The best thing is that all we have to do is park our cars, unload our groceries, and enjoy. If we want to visit the shops and resaurants of Capitola or downtown Santa Cruz, they're just a short drive away. All Monterey has to offer, including the world famous Aquarium, golf courses, and 17-mile drive are only 40-minute scenic drive along the coast. We appreciate the opportunity to relax and enjoy all that Santa Cruz and the surrounding communites have to offer.
