1 Bedroom, Living Room with open plan kitchen, Bathroom and Hall: Sleeps 4 to 6.

This is a nearly new flat on the first floor of a luxury development. The flat comprises a bright and spacious lounge with a balcony; an open plan kitchen with black high gloss cabinets and granite resin worktop plus stainless steel appliances; a stone tiled bathroom; bedroom with built in cupboard. The building has communal gardens, a lift, and a secure bike store. Parking space is available on the road.

The hall, living room and kitchen have oak strip flooring. There are French doors on to the balcony. Kitchen appliances include an integrated fridge / freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a ceramic hob with an extract hood and an electrical oven.

The bedroom is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors.

The bathroom is tiled, and has a full size bath with a luxury twin jet shower, a WC and basin

The apartment well located in a quiet road, but close to the centre of Queens Park. It is more or less opposite a small park, where there is a children’s play area. It is also close to a much larger and very nice park called Paddington Recreation Ground, where there are facilities for tennis, running and free gym equipment. There are areas for children's play, and for wildlife.

Also nearby there is a sports centre where you can get a free day pass (see http://www.nuffieldhealth.com/Individuals/Community-Fitness/J/Jubilee-Sports-Centre---/)

Finally, you have central London very close by. The apartment is less than 3 miles from Marble Arch and Oxford Street. You could walk there, or get there in less than 20 minutes by train.

Very good apartment in not so good neighborhood.

The apartment is very good - updated and clean. The kitchen even had some basic things like sugar and tea. The only minor problem was that several bulbs were out. The heating system in the building is individual, so you can have temperature at your comfort level. Unfortunately there is no hairdryer and iron provided.
The area where the apartment is located is definitely not millionaires choice, rather immigrant choice. The metro station is ~7 minutes walk, the food stores about the same distance. To get to the interesting parts of London you need at least 30 min.
Getting the keys was quite unusual - owner mailed it to us, so if you book while traveling keep it in mind.
Owner's Response: Thank you Dmitry. There are certainly a lot of immigrants in Queens Park but these days, it is much the same wherever you go in inner London. Just for the record - the value of a 1 bedroom apartment in this area is in the region of 350,000 GBP and the value of a typical 3 bedroom house is well over 1,000,000 GBP. So, anyone who owns such a house, in this area, is indeed a millionaire! To anyone reading this - I confirm I do not provide an iron or hairdryer. If you need them, please bring your own.

Excellent Rental

Super late on the review but when my two friends and I stayed in this apartment for our London trip it was exactly what we needed. No phone though-- so if you are unlucky enough to travel internationally and realize none of your phones work like you thought they would-- be prepared to have a back up plan if there is an emergency. Other than that it was a great apartment for us. Walking distance to the Tube and Overground which, bonus, is the exact line one would need if going to visit the Harry Potter Studio tour like we were. We just decided to go back in 2017 and plan on booking here again!

Best flat around!

We (my husband, myself, and our 6 yr old daughter) were traveling Europe and needed a place to stay. This place looked nice online, but would it match up to it's description in person?

This flat was FABULOUS! The kitchen was sleek and beautiful. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed watching tv in the living room and using the free wifi. A big plus was not only having a stove and microwave to cook with, but having someplace to wash some clothes.

We used both beds (the one in the bedroom and the fold out in the living room). Both were comfortable and spacious. All the linens were clean and seemed new.

The bathroom had a tub which also doubles as a standing shower. Forgot something? There are things in the medicine cabinet you can use. The towels in the bathroom were clean as well.

The flat is within easy walking distance to the Queen's Park station - not too far from Central London, but far enough to have some peace and quiet. There are also take out and small grocery shops all within the same area.

I highly recommend this flat. Not only was the flat itself amazing, but we had a minor issue with the key for the trash and the customer service from the owner was fantastic as well!

Very well organized and with all the little extras one may need in a holiday flat, this was a perfect stay for me during my 1-week London holiday. I felt comfortable and really "home away from home". I look forward to coming back!

Located in the fashionable area of Queens Park, and on the borders of Maida Vale, this is a popular part of London with a fine selection of boutique stores, local shops, wine bars, cafes, restaurants, health clubs – as well as sensible day to day shopping facilities. It is within walking distance of Little Venice and the Grand Union Canal, with boat trips available through Regents Park (past London Zoo) and other parts of London. Lords Cricket Ground, Notting Hill (with the famous Portobello market) and many other well known London landmarks are also within walking distance. The property is very close to the nearest train stations (London Transport zone 2) and a 15 minute train ride to central London. Journeys to Heathrow airport take about 35 minutes via the 'Express' train.
