The two-bedroom apartment loft style is situated in the historic district of San Luis de Sevilla. The project recovers a way of life based on inner recess, is very quiet, and there is a feeling of surprise, crossing the threshold of entering the main courtyard garden and a pond. He was a finalist in the awards Iberian architecture fad 2002. In the courtyard a structure of iron and aluminum, along with a tower-free, core media serve the dwellings. The common courtyard is planted with herbs and has a pond with fish. At the bottom of the common courtyard, a small staircase gives access to a private terrace and ground floor apartment. Entering the feeling that comes through is very wide and calm, because its large surface bind the five meter high ceiling. It is distributed in a large space: living room and kitchen, from where you enter the other rooms: the bathroom, and two bedrooms.
