120 m2, 2 floors, Terrace, Pool, View directly to small lake.

1. floor is equipped with - kitchen, living room, bathroom, wash room (with washing machine and a dryer) directly exit to terrace with splash pool. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and stove.

Stairs to 2nd floor.

2nd floor - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and wardrobe, 1 bathroom for these 2 rooms. Master Bedroom with an en-suite and wardrobe, TV and other equipment.

The house is in an enclosed area called Encantada - with 3 common pools and child friendly pool, fitness centre, computer room, cafe.
