Superbly equipped 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa 50m from sea

This very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has its own landscaped garden that runs the whole way around the property, it is perfect for sunbathing and for children to play in.

Patio areas lead from the lounge/dining area and both bedrooms. There is also off the road covered carport. Less than 50 meters from the villa is a shared swimming pool with separate children's pool that has uninterrupted views of the sea below.

Golf: Tsada (Minthis Hills)- set on the grounds of 12th century monastery. Created by Donald Steel and renovated by Mackenzie + Ebert in 2006/07, it plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 meters. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, the altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months.

Secret Valley- a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of 'Petra tou Romiou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.

Aphrodite Hills-first ever leisure and golf development of its kind in Cyprus, is a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course, spreading over 6,299 metres.

Paphos Golf Driving Range & Academy-unique professionally designed landscape with 27 hidden bays and 5 flag target greens. Along the coast road half way between Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour.

Local activities: You can find plenty to do in Pafos incl Paintball, Go-karts, Aphrodite Water Park, Mini Golf, boat trips along the coats, Bird and Animal Park, jeep safari, cycling, trekking, water sports galore incl ship wreck diving and a host of museums, galleries, historic ancient ruins and wineries to visit. There is open air opera in the summer with the ancient castle at Pafos harbour as the back drop. Something for everyone, or sit by the pool and relax with a good book.

Skiing: During the months of January and February it is possible to ski in the morning at Troodos mountain range and be back on the beach in the afternoon to water ski.

    Payments can either be made via bank transfer or PayPal
    A non refundable 25% or £100 deposit (which ever is higher) is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £250 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.
