This is a unique five story townhouse in the most desirable location in Harbour Town. It has a completely renovated kitchen, new floors, paint, bathrooms, etc, by a design team, and redecorated with antique furniture from our store in Atlanta, Jacqueline Adams Antiques. This town house is one of a kind, with many exceptional features, to name just a few: 1) There is an elevator that has access to the first through fourth floors. 2) The fifth floor observation deck with a view of the lighthouse and Harbour Town...along with Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The fifth floor includes a hot tub, outdoor furniture with umbrellas, outdoor lighting, European stone floor, a permanent awning for shade, and outdoor TV and refrigerator, and a half bath. 3) The townhouse consists of two master suites including their own renovated separate bathrooms. 4) The first floor includes pickled cypress paneling, a completely renovated kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, a separate ice maker, a large gas and electric range, and new granite countertops. The kitchen is now open to the dining room and living room, all with great views of the fairway, with the green to the right (of the famous Harbour Town course). The first floor rooms all feature authentic barn beams and there is an 18th Century French walnut antique fireplace in the living room. 5) The second and third floor each have two full bedrooms and baths. 6) The fourth floor also features an additional kitchen, a full bath, a living room and dining room that are open to each other, and a deck that overlooks the golf course and the Calibogue Sound water view. This floor also features authentic barn beams supported by 17th Century columns imported from the island of Monsurat, salvaged from the recent volcano. The barn beams on the 1st and 4th floors are salvaged from the Amish area of Mount Vernon, Ohio. There’s also a fireplace with a stone 18th Century French mantle. The 4th floor kitchen includes a wine cooler, full size refrigerator, dish washer, sink, and microwave. There's also a hideaway sofa, double bed size, on the fourth floor. 7) The fifth bedroom is a bunk room on the first floor that is suitable for sleeping two kids and has a full bath which is located near the kitchen (and serves as a downstairs powder room). 8) We are pet friendly with a pet fee of $150.
The outside of this townhouse has been completely renovated and includes attractive French wrought iron balconies, fencing, and decorative shutters, and also has a new metal roof. The walkway in the back of the house on the golf course side has been revised to include railings and stairs to the ground level and extensive landscaping has been added. Please note that the house is an end unit, which means there is a significant amount of open space to the left, looking towards the golf course, which enhances the view on all five floors. The house has an elevator and a stairway (the stairway has been upgraded with the addition of wrought iron railings), and has wood or stone flooring throughout.
If a pool access is desired during the summer months, for an additional weekly fee of $60 for the first person and $10 for each additional person, our guests can obtain passes to the nearby Harbour Town swimming pool, just a short walk away adjacent to the Harbour Town golf club house and tennis courts. Please note the pool is large, and has many amenities including lots of lounge chairs and tables and umbrellas…a kids pool, and food service at the adjacent Sun Decks Café.
For beach enthusiasts, the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club is only one mile away - it is a really fabulous new addition to Sea Pines with many upgraded or new amenities, including in & outdoor dinning, a second floor bar & restaurant with fabulous ocean views, additional & valet parking, a new Tiki Bar & too many other features to detail here!
The nice thing about this town home is all of the space throughout five floors, including a very spacious fourth floor with its own kitchen, dining room, bathroom, patio with balcony and fantastic views from up high. It really makes this residence truly unique. Also noteworthy is that all year round there’s stunning views of the sunset on all five floors over Daufuskie Island…a superb feature.
