Betlem is a wonderful, romantic village in the northeast of the island with the most beautiful scenery, which is tucked away close to the sea and mountains. The coastline is rugged with beautiful little coves to explore. There are plenty of coastal paths, ideal for walking or you may well fancy a walk up and across the mountains to the Hermitage. Betlem itself is a quiet place ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax. The amenities in the area consist of a small bakery and two bars/restaurants. A short 5 minute drive away and you come to the small fishing village of Colonia St. Pere with all the amenities you require such as Banks, Pharmacy and Supermarket. The village has a nice sandy beach ideal for swimming, a nice promenade with restaurants and bars as well as a small marina.

Great time in Betlem

We had a great time in Betlem. Everything was according to description. We can recommend this place to everyone who looks for quiet and relaxed holidays with (small) kids far a away from the all the typical Mallorca trouble. A short advice: if you arrive at night it's useful to have a pocket light to find the entrance.

Great House in Betlem!

We had a great time in your house (20090509-20090611) and Betlem seems to be one of the best places to be in -Mountains and sea in a great combination.

We did some small trips almost everyday and really enjoyed to come home to the not so crowded Betlem.
The front yard was huge for our one year child and he took his first step there.

Thank you very much - Hopefully we will come back to Betlem, and your lovely house.

Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die keinen Trubel suchen, ideal geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und überaus umfangreich. Pool super, Tennisplatz ok. Man muß auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, da der Ort sehr ruhig ist und über keinen Sandstrand verfügt. Als Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden des Nordens jedoch ideal. Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen.

Schönes ruhiges Haus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Man hat von einem Schlafzimmer Meer- und Poolblick, vor dem anderen eine ruhige Straße und den Balkon. Der Garten ringsrum ist recht klein. Dafür ist der Gemeinschaftspool umso größer. Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig. Neben dem Haus gibt es ein mittelgroßes Hotel, dass im Mai allerdings fast leer war, so dass die Ruhe nicht beeinträchtigt wurde. Die Gegend ist ausgesprochen schön. Man hat allerdings keinen Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dafür aber auch keinen Massentourismus. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.
