My wife Bertha and I have two beautiful daughters (Aileen and Cindy). They are both college graduates and are very strong independent women. My wife Bertha is an internal medicine physician and I am a neuropsychologist. Bertha grew up in Chicago and moved to South Florida where she attended High School and later became a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine. I grew up in South Florida where I have lived most of my life. We currently reside in Miami Beach and purchased Paradise on Peak 8 in April of 2013, making our dream of owning a second home in what we consider Paradise come true.

We have been traveling to Breckenridge for the past six consecutive years. It was love at first sight for us. It is a quaint little town with a big heart. The people are friendly and the views are amazing. This house is located in an ideal location, in the ski area with easy access to Main Street restaurants and shops. The views are breathtaking.

The house was completely renovated in 2013. It has wonderful curb appeal. It is Two blocks from peak 8 for great skiing and you can ski right into the back yard. The huge windows in the living room when you first walk into the house, is definitely a wow moment. The house has an open floor plan ideal for entertainment or big families. The two separate living areas are perfect for providing additional flexibility in home activities.
