We do not allow pets and/or smoking in our unit. Rates are subject to change and are comparable to similiar units in the complex.
Owner will provide a rental agreement with the rates. Reservation fee of $500 (Five Hundred Dollars) and non-refundable cleaning fee of ($150.00) plus the return of signed vacation rental agreement reserves the unit for the period being requested. Total payment of balance of rent for agreed rental period is all due and payable 30 days prior to first day of occupancy.
