About Curtis Gallagher
We moved to Colorado to enjoy the outdoors, what better way than to build your own dream home high up in the Rockies.
Curtis Gallagher purchased this house in 2010
Why Curtis Gallagher chose Quandary Village
This is a great home for entertaining large groups. The Chef inspired kitchen makes it easy to enjoy cooking for a large group. The home is close to everything in Summit County. The home is big enough for your group to all be in the same room, and spacious enough for you to get away as well.
What makes this house unique
The open floor plan with exposed wood beams, local blue stain pine from beetle killed trees, and raw steel makes this mountain getaway truly unique.
Rates are for entire 5 bedroom home, please inquire with owner if you have a smaller group.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We LOVED Curtis's home! A group of 9 of us stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The pictures don't really do it justice--the decor and the size is really lovely. Everyone was really happy with their rooms. And the kitchen---WOW! We basically stayed in there the whole time. It's MASSIVE and has everything you need. I was a little hesitant booking only because no one else had reviewed it and I usually gravitate towards highly reviewed lodgings. However, I am SO glad we decided to stay here. I'd recommend it to friends and family and hopefully we can make it back in the summer. Only advice I'd give--if you go in the winter--and there is a chance for a snow storm--make sure you and your guests have nice mtn cars with 4 wheel drive. It's a bit off the beaten path but so worth it. Curtis was super helpful with the booking--he even added some pictures of the house I requested. It's about 20 minutes from Breck in snowy weather. Have fun!
