Photos and Description of the Oberuckersee vacation house rental

This hilly landscape traces back to the ice age. The picture of Uckermark is completed by numerous woods, meadows and crystal clear lakes and rivers. The sub-continental climate is characterized by a sudden warming in the spring, hot summers and a lot of sunshine, as well as cold winters. The village Blankenburg is located in the Biosphere Reserve ‚ Schorfheide Chorin’. In the village, there is a lake with an island, where you can bath. In the close vicinity of the vacation house, there is a wood lake with natural beach. There are only 4 km to the ‘Oberuckersee’ Lake. Within the same distance, you can find further 5 lakes suitable for bathing and fishing. Our vacation house is located outside the village (500 m). It has a quiet location on the Mühlenberg. The house has been designed with beech wood and traditional stone, and it is furnished with rattan furniture. Besides the heating, there is also a comfortable fireplace.

The vacation house is located east from the village Blankenburg, it can be reached by going in the direction Gramzow, on a side road and the last 200 m on the country way. Round the property, there are agricultural crop lands and cattle grassland with a pond, which is always visited by storks. There are 300 m to the woods. You have the possibility to hike alone. In the village, you can find a restaurant and a village store. Within 18 km along the wonderful Uckerseen Lake, you can reach the district town.

Nach einem tollen Urlaub müssen wir diesem Haus und seinen Vermietern einfach 5 Sterne geben. Das Haus und Grundstück sind wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet,gepflegt und sauber und es fehlt an nichts um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu beschäftigen. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen und für eine Familie mit Kind/ern ist es hier bestens geeignet. Wer Erholung in der Natur sucht und es nicht scheut für Unternehmungen ein paar Kilometerchen zu fahren ist es das optimal Feriendomizil zum Baden, Fahrradfahren, wandern und Naturgeniessen. Rundum - Ferienhaus Mühlenberg sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig.
