About Roy Borden
We discovered Asheville many years ago, but it was not until 2000 that we were able to move here. We were attracted because of its natural beauty, its vibrant culture and its people. We have loved living in our home, but now is the time for us to spend more time with our grandchildren and to travel. We know you will enjoy our home as we have.
Roy Borden purchased this house in 2000
Why Roy Borden chose Asheville
We moved to Asheville in 2000 and purchased our home after looking at many, many homes and condominiums. We wanted a private, quiet setting, surrounded by vegetation, close to the center of town with incredible views of downtown and the mountains. We found that special place in Point of View.
What makes this house unique
This property is very close to downtown. You can walk to town, but advise getting a taxi to come back up the hill. The views as we have stated before are absolutely incredible. You will be amazed.
