Photos and Description of the Sintra vacation house / villa rental
One x 2 bedroom and one x 4 bedroom newly restored houses (sleeps 4 and 8), with large, shared pool and sea views. Nicely furnished. Large sitting room with fireplace. Peaceful location. Terraced garden and BBQ. Several beautiful beaches within 10-15 minutes drive as well as supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Driving range within 2 minutes, several 18 hole golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Driving distance to castles, botanical gardens and several museums.

Quinta da Piedade is a property near the botanical garden of Monserrate. The main house was built in the 18th century. The two houses for rent are next to each other so they can also be rented together. A huge swimming pool (18 x 7m) is shared.

Booking Notes:

Reservation is only valid with a down payment of 50% of the rent. The full rent has to be payed before your stay. There is a safety deposit of 200 euros in case of the Casa Grande and 200 euros Casa Pequena to be paid. This amount will be given back after your stay (14 days) after an inspection.
