Our single family house with pool has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The living space is about 170 m². The house is exclusively and completely furnished, including new washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has: microwave, dishwasher, new stove with oven, large freezer-refrigerator with drinking water and ice and dishes, bed sheets and towels. TV, stereo, DVD player. DSL access on request currently $ 35.00 On the patio there is a gas barbecue available that has to be cleaned after use (the cleaning of the grill is not included in the amount for the 'final cleaning'.) The pool is heated through solar panels, electric heating of the pool is also possible. Beach loungers and sun umbrellas and bikes are available.
