Catherine & Lee Medders
We are both laid back and enjoy traveling and being outdoors. We moved to Colorado from Texas in January 2011, and although we enjoyed our time in Texas we can’t say we regret the move. Months after getting here Lee decided his 8 years in the Army was not enough and went to Afghanistan as a civilian for two years, so I started to explore Colorado myself and man has it changed my life. Now, Lee is back and we are able to enjoy it together. We love the laid back environment of Fort Collins, and the fact that we can hike, bike, ski, and enjoy the water right out our back door. We would love to open our home to you during your stay in Fort Collins.
Fort Collins had everything we were looking for when we decided to leave Houston in 2011, and after spending a year in an apartment we decided that this was the place for us. The main reason we picked our house was because of the location and the old town charm it had to offer. It has been completely updated but you can still tell that it was built in 1937. The location is perfect, there is really no reason for a car unless you are planning on hitting the slopes or just taking a scenic drive.
