I am currently living in Evergreen, Colorado, a mountain community, with my husband, Jay. I am an acupuncturist with my own practice, and a stained glass artist. I have five grandchildren and I enjoy every minute of it!
I had been vacationing in this area for years. My mother lives down here half time and I just fell in love with the ocean, the beaches and the laid back life style. The locals have a friendly southern manner and seem to get along with everyone. I decided it would be nice to have a vacation home here and rental to share this fun and relaxing place with others.
The reason I chose this particular house was the lay out of it. I loved the kitchen and the privacy of the master bedroom off the kitchen in the back of the house. The yard was a good size and I loved the parking, which has plenty of room for an RV or a boat. I loved that it was close to the water and I enjoy watching the ducks walking around the neighborhood. I liked the quiet surroundings and the walks in the neighborhood. And the fact that I can just cross the bridge and there are the big beautiful beaches with all the action and beach activities. But, there is fun to be had in St. Andrews Bay as well. The Historical town, festivals, restaurants, antique shops, the small town feeling and fishing!
