Less than 2 miles to downtown Denver, Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Six Flags Elitch Gardens, and the Denver Center for Performing Arts (DCPA).

When we bought our home in 2000, we were newly married and excited about living in the hip Highland Square neighborhood. Sadly, we outgrew our charming first home with the addition of our two boys. We've always loved this house and its location, and we are excited to share it with you.
Denver has been our home since 1994. It has gone through many changes over these years, but it still has a small town feel while offering world class arts, sports, and entertainment.
Walking distance to local restaurants and businesses--you can leave your car safely parked at the house. Cozy and charming with enough space for everyone to spread out. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon/evening glass of wine on the front porch with views of the city and the mountains.
Our house is located 3 blocks from the hip Highlands Square--restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, and spas--all within walking distance. 2 miles to downtown Denver--too far to walk? Public transportation picks up a half a block away and takes you right to the heart of Denver.
