When we bought our home in 2000, we were newly married and excited about living in the hip Highland Square neighborhood. Sadly, we outgrew our charming first home with the addition of our two boys. We've always loved this house and its location, and we are excited to share it with you.

Denver has been our home since 1994. It has gone through many changes over these years, but it still has a small town feel while offering world class arts, sports, and entertainment.
Walking distance to local restaurants and businesses--you can leave your car safely parked at the house. Cozy and charming with enough space for everyone to spread out. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon/evening glass of wine on the front porch with views of the city and the mountains.
We had the best trip staying at the cottage. It was the perfect home for our family traveling from different places. We bbq'd and walked around the neighborhood and had an easy time driving in the mountains and around town. Thanks so much!
This home is wonderfully maintained and actually far roomier than we expected. It is in a lovely location. We had everything we needed.. They have a pantry with quite a few items one might want but would not have necessarily thought to buy at the store. The beds are very comfortable. All in all these owners have clearly given a lot of thought to what might make their guests stay with them as nice as possible. We all very much enjoyed our time there. It felt almost like home! Thanks !
I went to Denver for a long girls weekend and the house worked perfectly for the six of us. Three bedrooms - two on the first floor (one with two twins and one with a queen) and a very spacious and extremely comfortable master upstairs with a king fit us very comfortably. Lots of local restaurants (don't miss Bang!) and bars (strawberry rosemary margarita at el camanio is a must) along with coffee shops and a wine store. Even some small galleries that were nice to walk around in. $10 cab ride to downtown and while cabs aren't driving around Denver much they are very quick when you call them. Plenty of parking in back - we rented a car and went to Red Rocks - about 20 minutes away but a must do. The house only has one bathroom but if us six girls can make it work - anyone can. We spent our evenings and mornings on the porch and had a lovely time. The kitchen was fully stocked and nicely remodeled. Owners were great and accommodated special requests at booking as well as a late check out. Great place for a Denver visit!
Location was wonderful especially since my son and family live around the block. Home was very clean with very adequate amenities. Will diffidently attempt to schedule another stay.
A charming little house that allowed me to visit my grandson for the first time and to stay with my new granddaughter conveniently. It had a pack n play, a great stroller for the snow, and a high chair! And Bob and Jen were very flexible with me in the face of bad weather.
Cozy, tasteful and perfectly located. Bright and cheerful. A great front porch and nice backyard to hang out in or let your dogs roam. Walking distance to awesome restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. Very attentive and helpful owners. Doesn't get better.
My house is located 3 blocks from the hip Highlands Square--restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, and spas--all within walking distance. 2 miles to downtown Denver--too far to walk? Public transportation picks up a half a block away and takes you right to the heart of Denver.
