It is located four miles south of Kailua Kona Village and less than two miles North of Keahou with beach and ocean view.

This great condo has central air conditioning and is a spacious 1100 square feet. The 27 foot long lanai is perfect for your spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean or well maintained pool, and opens up from either the dining or living room area. It is tiled throughout for your comfort and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Keep cool with either the air conditioning or ceiling fans, relax in the evening with master Bed room and guest bedroom cable televisions.

Come spend your holiday with us. You will enjoy relaxing in your 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 square foot ocean/beach view condo located on Alii Drive, just 4 miles from Kailua/Kona and 12 miles south of the Kona Airport (KOA). Your 27 foot lanai over looks the large swimming pool and lawn area and just beyond are the sand and waves of White Sands Beach, aka Disappearing Sands and Magic Sands Beach. You will enjoy grilling that fresh caught tuna on one of the 3 grills located pool side in the covered cabana which is complete with running water and ice maker. You may either eat pool side or on your lanai with that fabulous view of the ocean and the summer sun set. During the day enjoy boogie boarding across the street (a locals favorite) or snorkeling at Kahalu’u, only 1 mile up the road, either way you will meet up close and personal the Honu or green Hawaiian sea turtle. Step out early in the morning and enjoy the waves, perhaps you will be lucky enough to spot a manta ray during his morning feeding.
Your kitchen is complete with full size appliances, ice maker, coffee maker, bean grinder, toaster, toaster oven, blender, kitchen ware, pots/pans and most all of the spices you will need. Your master bedroom is private and has a queen bed, full bath and cable TV. The second bedroom is complete with twin beds, there is also a fold out in the living room so the teenagers can “camp out” and watch movies late into the evening. You have a choice of dining areas either inside in the cool air conditioning, or out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful evening. You are only 1 mile from a complete grocery store, drug store, medical care and dining. There is no need to pack the beach towels your condo has plenty of those as well as boggie boards and other assorted water toys.
You are guaranteed to feel at home at 215 White Sand Village.

What can we say but FABULOUS!! An absolutely wonderful experience and we were thrilled to share it with our 2 girls - Maddie 13 and Lori 15.
Kahalu'u Park - tons of fish and we swam with turtles. City of Refuge was also great, we even took in the cultural days - perfect timing. Volcano Park - well worth the drive, called home - Pennsywana, NJ - from the crater rim. Luau at Royal Kona lots of fun. Everything we needed was in the condo, the pool and BBQ were great!! We are going back home with lots of memories and pictures which will last a lifetime.

All rates are subject to taxes.
