Situated in a quiet upmarket residential neighborhood of North La Quinta, approximately 25 minutes from Palm Springs and Palm Springs Airport and within 10-15 minutes of Palm Desert’s El Paseo Drive shopping, The River in Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells tennis gardens, hiking and numerous golf clubs.
The home is available year-round.
LIVING ROOM: Has a 55” LED 3D Smart TV w/HD cable channels, two loveseats. Bluray player.
DINING ROOM: Dining table & eight chairs.
FAMILY ROOM: 3-seat sofa, two arm chairs. Gas fireplace makes for a cosy environment on cool winter evenings. Views of the rear garden and pool and mountain views beyond.
KITCHEN: Granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances incl gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All the utensils, pots pans etc you would need during your stay.
NOOK: Eating nook off Kitchen with circular table seating 4, overlooking garden and pool and mountain views beyond.
MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, nightstands. Ensuite bathroom with granite counters and twin vanities. Walk-in closet with drawers and hanging space. Sliding doors to patio and pool with mountain views beyond.
GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden.
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden.
GUEST BEDROOM 3: Two twin size beds.
BATHROOM: With tub and shower over. Granite counters.
LAUNDRY: With high-efficiency top-load washer & dryer.
Beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with orange trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large newly renovated salt-water pool with spa, with natural rock surround, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views.
There is also a three car garage.
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However, we insist that you do not let your pets on the furniture or in the pool and that you must pick up after them in the garden. Any additional charges we incur from the cleaners as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit.
LENGTH OF STAY:
Generally speaking we prefer the following :
May - Dec = Minimum 4 night stay
Jan - April = Minimum 7 night stay.
However, if your dates abut another existing booking or are within short notice (less than 1 month) then please ask, we're always happy to consider your particular circumstances.

Adrian's home in Palm Springs was even better than the photos! High quality finishes and clean clean clean! We loved the kitchen and having meals at the large dining room table. The pool area and garden were beautiful - we even got to enjoy fresh oranges! Perfect retreat for our long weekend and we appreciate that Adrian let us bring our dogs too! Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. We plan to be back next year!
My partner and I live in Vancouver BC and purchased this home to enjoy a break from the dreary Vancouver winters. We will offer this home to vacationers at times when we are not able to enjoy it ourselves.
We are experienced vacation rental owners as we also manage two vacation rentals in our home town so we know the importance of maintaining good communication with guests and an excellent quality of service with our accommodations.
We purchased in La Quinta because it enjoys the gorgeous year-round sunny weather of the Palm Springs desert yet was was in a quiet affluent residential area.
Situated in a modern very well kept neighborhood the abundance of golf courses nearby and close proximity of quaint Old Town La Quinta made location of this home perfect.
The private larger than average yard with mountain views was the key feature of this home. The combination of desert landscaping with huge pool and spa plus the additional grassy side garden great for pets or kids sealed the deal in deciding to buy this as our second home.
