Situated in the heart of Jolly Harbour on Golf Course Way within walking distance of all facilities, this luxury Villa has an open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas both to seat 8) with Flatscreen TV, DVD, music player and internet access. It leads directly to the Veranda and spectacular split level deck areas (gas grill/BBQ, further dining table for 8 and 4 sunloungers) extending over the water to enjoy the sun, sunsets and views of the Sleeping Indian mountains. Access to boat dock/lift. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, stove, blender, microwave, toaster etc. Utility closet with washing machine/iron etc. Master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin basins) and Second bedroom both open onto the Veranda. Third bedroom/bathroom en-suite. Fourth twin bedroom. Family bathroom. Ceiling fans throughout the Villa and all windows/doors have mosquito screens. Air conditioning. Private driveway.

We had a very relaxed stay at this villa over Christmas,its in the quiet and peaceful side of the marina with more than enough facilitates to cater for yourself if you desire, alternatively as described by the owner there are plenty of restaurants with in short distance.
It was large enough for my family of 4 adults,( son 24 daughter 21 they need their own space) with room to spare.
The photos and description on the web site are very accurate.
I would highly recommend the hire of the golf buggy, as it is great fun to get about on!
The main beach is lovely, and well maintained.
We also hired a car for a couple of days through the company recommended by the owner, this gave us the chance to go and swim with the stingrays and visit other wonderful places on the island.
The owner is very helpful and very friendly.
I would recommend this villa and we have already booked to go back again.

Maximize your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this large 4 bedroom rental. The place was as described, clean and stocked with the essentials. We travelled with 3 adults and two kids. Plenty of room for more people in this large place. The only draw back is the distance from the beaches. Must have a car or golf cart as Jolly Harbour is huge. Other than that, great place.......Would have rated this a 5 star if it was on the ocean where you could swim right out front......
Owner's Response: Although everything is within walking distance, we do recommend the golf cart to guests who are not intending to rent a car for their stay. Very many residents at Jolly Harbour use golf carts to get around and it's not only very convenient for the beaches and supermarket trips but it's also fun! It would be nice to have the ocean "out front" but it's also nice to return from the beach to enjoy the waterside deck. Paul & Sally.

Paradise - you must go.

Stayed for just over 2 weeks- would have loved to have stayed longer. The Villa is a real home from home, just better in every way. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly require during your stay. The use of the Golf buggy is a must in our opinion, not only for the fun factor but also carrying the shopping back to the Villa.
Lots of local eating places worth a visit, but we found eating in on the deck of an evening with a bottle of somthing chilled an absolute delight.
We would also highly recommend all of the Eli Fuller Eco tours,( leaflets in the Villa) and perhaps the hire of a car to explore the island a bit further.
Can't wait for a return trip.

We have visited Antigua 9 times and this villa gets 10/10.
Spacious,beautifully done.Our friends who have villas here were very envious!!
Very quiet yet within easy reach of the Shell beach(named by our grandchildren!) and Jolly Beach.
After 6 weeks did not want to return home !but hopefully we will be allowed to return as grandchildren left their felt tip pens opened on the sofa.
A truly perfect holiday,thank you.

Fabulous villa, wonderful destination

Having just spent two weeks in this villa we cannot speak highly enough of it. It is beautifully decorated and well equipt giving it a real home from home feel. The spacious accommodation inside and out is wonderful and evenings out on the child friendly deck (essential for us as our four year old is Houdini in disguise and even he didn't escape!) watching the sun go down were amazing. We even watched a dolphin feeding just off the deck three mornings which the children loved. We have been to Antigua six times and stayed in Jolly Harbour five of those times and we can honestly say this is the best villa we have stayed in. Thank you for helping make it a wonderful holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Our rental rates quoted are for maximum occupancy of 6 but we are happy to quote for occupancy of 7 or 8.
The rates include the use of all Villa facilities including electricity, air conditioning, water and housekeeping both before arrival and following departure.
Notes Additional housekeeping can easily be arranged by guests during their stay if required. A 25% rental deposit is required on booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of arrival. A refundable security deposit is also requested.

  • All three bathrooms have up to date fittings and are arranged for flexible accommodate of guest groups. Most guests will prefer to use the showers but the Master suite gives the added option of using a bath tub. Bathroom towels are provided but these must not please be taken out of the Villa.

We can make our 4 seat Golf Cart available for guests to use to drive around the 350 acre Private Resort and Marina. If interested, details can be provided on request. The spectacular Veranda and split level outdoor deck area enable 'al fresco' dining and relaxation in comfort. Fully gated for complete child safety. In addition to the 8 outdoor chairs and dining table, there are 4 sunloungers for guests to use. The internet access enables a connection for guests who bring a laptop and there is a router to connect wirelessly if guests wish. The music system is an iPod and speaker dock which will accept a guests own iPod or other MP3 player. We do not yet have a boat but our private dock and boat lift can be used by guests. Boat rental is available at the Marina. Although bed linen and bath towels are provided, guests should bring their own beach towels. We regret that the Villa is strictly a No smoking property.
