About Momir 'Mo' Milinovich
We have been dividing our time between Sanibel and Chicago for over thirty years. In 1976, we found Sanibel only after we learned that our once preferred destinations were already booked. A few days later, we realized that we had found our favorite home away from home. After thirty years of vacationing on Sanibel, we bought our Sanibel dream home in 2003.

Why Momir 'Mo' Milinovich chose Sanibel Island
We love this place because it allows us to enjoy most everything Sanibel & Captiva have to offer. Captiva's beautiful views and fine dining are only seven miles to the west, while Sanibel's shopping and restaurants are only four miles to east. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is everywhere on Sanibel, but we all agree that our secluded beach is one of Sanibel's finest.
What makes this house unique
We're so blessed with so much nature around us at Ibis Shores. We have exotic birds feeding on the shore of the Sanibel River nearly every day, and the bald eagles' nest is so close that they often fly overhead. It's remarkable to hear them call out to one another. Every day, many of our neighbors (including full-time residents, snowbirds, and visitors) congregate on the beach with a few bottles of wine and watch the glorious sunset.
