We located in the Holiday Inn Section Site # 1193 and WE DO NOT HAVE A GOLF CART FOR RENT. Come and stay with us for 2 nights, a week, or a month. This is your vacation. This luxurious house consists of 1 King bedroom and 1 Full bedroom. Each bedroom is self contained with full bathroom attached. It also offers a Queen sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the fenced in backyard, covered front porch and a large concrete parking area for large vehicles. Wi-fi, gas BBQ grill and a washer & dryer are also included. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Single story home with large street and parking area
Our home is not set up like a hotel. We provide a starter pack of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. We do not provide sheets or towels.
You will receive a lock box code one week before arrival.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.
Renter must be 25 years old and must be available at all times of the rental period.
Please check property on arrival and if something is broken or damaged please call Thersa 704-284-8538 and she will be able to assist you.
Our home has 2 tv and dvd and suround system and the wi-fi code is located on router behind tv in bedroom.
If any additional guest show up when you made the reservations. They will be charged for each additional person.
There will be no refunds due to early departure.
You will be responsible for any un-removable stains or damages.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in our home. You can smoke outside but please pick up your butts.
Any thing that is damaged due to negligence or carelessness will be billed to your credit card on file. We do not have a golf cart for rent.
