Only the main street with parking lots divides Villa Louis from pebbles-sandy beach, with its stunning sea view. It is a one story semi-detached house with a large terrace surrounded by beautiful fragrant garden. At the ground floor there is the kitchen, a very large sitting room and terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms accommodating up to six people. Two rooms with balconies and astonishing view on the harbour, in distance peninsula Peljesac, islands Hvar, Brac and Korcula. Downstairs, as well as upstairs, there are toilets with bathtub-shower. Shops for every day necessities, bakery, vegetables and fish market are very close to the house and nearby restaurants and coffee bars offer a relaxing atmosphere.

Gradac is conveniently located between two famous ancient towns and two airports, Dubrovnik and Split. Besides these trips, one can pay a visit to Mostar, the place where two cultures meet: West and Orient, and Medjugorje famous as a world pilgrimage place. Also, short trips to the delta of Neretva River, Bacina lakes, Natural park Biokovo with its highest pick Sveti Jure. There are sub diving and fishing club in Gradac, lot of opportunities for sports and recreation, as mountaineering, rafting on Cetina river, mountain biking, wind-surfing, water skiing.

Die Angaben zum Objekt stimmen völlig mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Das Haus ist sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für ein Ferienhausaufenthalt gebraucht wird
Die Lage und der Garten des Hauses sind wunderschön. Auf einer traumhaften Terrasse mit Blick auf die Adria kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern Anka und Bozidar empfangen. Sie haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben und waren immer nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne denken wir an die Einladungen zum Muschel- und Fisch-Essen und Barbecue zurück.
Kleine Geschäfte, Schlachter, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Eisdiele und gute, günstige Restaurants sind ausreichend und schnell erreichbar vorhanden. Auch das Meer ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto wird vor Ort nicht benötigt.
Dieses Feriendomiziel kann man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
