In the 5-room villa, which is comfortably equipped, an open living/dining room with cable TV, DVD player and radio are at your availability. Exit to the roofed terrace, 1 room with French bed, bathroom/WC, 1 room with French bathroom, 1 room with 2 beds, bathroom/WC, cable TV available in all rooms. Open plan kitchen with 4 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, dinner table and kitchen counter with 3 stools that invite to stay. Shower/WC. Central air-conditioning. Washing machine, dryer and telephone are available. Both bathrooms contain shower/WC or bath/WC. In Venice/Englewood the beautiful freestanding house is located in a central and sunny position, 1 mile from the beach. For private availability: garden, lawn, flowers and palm trees, terrace, garden furniture, car port. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurants within 2 km. Several golf courses are within close proximity.

The Gulf of Mexico and the miles long Manasota Beach is only one mile away and reachable within few minutes. Parking and sanitary facilities are available cost-free. The nearest shopping centre and restaurants are also only one mile away.
