Exit to the roofed terrace, 1 room with French bed, bathroom/WC, 1 room with French bathroom, 1 room with 2 beds, bathroom/WC, cable TV available in all rooms. Open plan kitchen with 4 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, dinner table and kitchen counter with 3 stools that invite to stay. Shower/WC. Central air-conditioning. Washing machine, dryer and telephone are available. Both bathrooms contain shower/WC or bath/WC. In Venice/Englewood the beautiful freestanding house is located in a central and sunny position, 1 mile from the beach. For private availability: garden, lawn, flowers and palm trees, terrace, garden furniture, car port. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurants within 2 km. Several golf courses are within close proximity.

Englewood is a small town vegetated with palm trees and ca. 45000 inhabitants, featuring channels and many small lakes. The city is directly located at the Gulf of Mexico and has 5 beautiful white sandy beaches with barbecue facilities, parks and sanitary facilities. Sporty visitors have access to tennis and several golf courses. Englewood Sarasota and Venice offer you a relaxing vacation during which you can forget easily about your daily stress.
