Stayed here a month for a work project, and I STILL miss working on my laptop out on the sunny front porch! This is a beautifully maintained home with a very spacious dining room and original wood floors. 3 bedrooms all upstairs, and the "sleeping nook" is a bedroom closet that now accommodates a cozy twin bed. Everything you might need is supplied: Wi-Fi, cable, hair dryer, iron / board, vacuum, washer / dryer, all cleaning supplies.
Michelle was a wonderfully welcoming, accommodating, and responsive host with great local recommendations. She has a lovely garden in the back and also a beautiful pet parrot, though we never heard a peep from him. When we had problems with the coffee maker, she replaced it immediately with a functioning new unit. We couldn't have asked for a better host!
We stayed for Thanksgiving and the house was a great place to make a big meal-and the dining room was beautiful. The kitchen was well equiped, although lacked counter space.
The house was big, but cozy and warm. And although it only has one bathroom-and we had 5 people, it was completely do able. The neighborhood was quite, and charming. We will be back.
