It features plenty of parking, is a lovely oasis, and has been updated to accommodate business travelers, families and other groups.
Central air, fireplace, near shops and pubs a few blocks a way including higher end restaurants, convenient to groceries, accessible to nearby bus stops and Max train (yellow line), near Rose Garden Arena and Convention center, close to Airport, nice neighborhood, private corner lot with private yard.
