Right in The centre, on a quiet side street there is this peaceful house,with all the windows looking on a large private garden. Market, shops, boutiques, restaurants are few steps away, yet the place is very quiet. The apartment is on the uppermost floor, 2 floor with no elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped,and the 1 terrace outside the kitchen has a barbecue. The view is on the roofs of the center.you should visit palermo to get this experience of colours and life,and calm at the same time

Palermo is a town full of history. The house is in the middle of the old part, restaurants, coffee shops boutiques, markets and supermarkets, pubs and bar are around the corner. The owner will be pleased to introduce you to Palermo history and monuments,as well as leisure opportunities.

It is possible to add ,another smaller unit on the 2floor,connected with an internal stair.he 2 floor is a 45 square meters loft with a bedroom and a big living room with sofa,cooking corner. It can fit 2 separate family as well as a group of 6-8 peopleif you put the 2 units together.in this case there is a small increase of price.the price mentioned refer to the 3floor unit with terraces

In the city centre next to Vucciria market,and San Domenico church, yet very quiet roof house, with 2 terraces looking into a private park. From the terraces you can hear only bells, birds and the whistle of the boats. The house is newly renovated,and is made with traditional materials (wood, hand made tiles) 20 meters away is the busy via Rome, where all the buses transit. From there you can easily reach the beach. You can explore the center by feet. The station is 10 minutes walk. The bus from the airport stops few meters away. Not suitable for people with impaired mobility. It is possible to add one small unit with sleeping capacity for 3people.,an extra bath and cooking corner.in this casa the price will increase of 200 euro per week

Spacious, sunny and very central

This quirky apartment is excellent value and extremely central. The bedrooms are spacious and clean (as is the whole flat) but the real star is the large eat-in kitchen with doors leading out to the roof terraces. Considering the apartment is situated a few yards from the hectic Via Roma, the sound of bird song and the sonorous chimes from the nearby chiesa around 10 each morning give the place an air of tranquility.

The owner was kind enough to meet us on arrival at the docks and drive us to the nearest supermarket which was a 15 minute walk away.

Palermo is wonderful and six nights was not long enough to do justice to the many great buildings, museums, churches and restaurants - an altogether wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our almost two weeks vacation in sicily.
Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and perfect located right in the middle of palermo, close to the harbor.
The owner Sara was very helpful and gave lots of tips for trips around the city and the whole island. It is not easy to find a place for parking, when you arrive by car, but also with this problem Sara helped us solving it. You can visit all of Palermos Highlights by foot. Restaurants and Supermarkets are round the corner. Two lovely Terraces on a quiet Rooftop with a lot of Plants and a huge Kitchen. Perfect place to stay when you visit Palermo.

Great Apartment, Great city, great hostess.

Great hostel, really rustic and charming, wood burning fire and very spacious. Great location in a great city, near to the Vucceria market which is excellent by day and by night. The hostess 'Sara' is lovely, really helpful and piled us into her car to drive us to the local supermarket. A very warm welcome. if you come to Palermo (and you should) then look no further and believe me between the Ballaro and the Vucceria markets with inexpensive top quality produce, there is no better place to do self catering.

Holiday Rental 470274 - magnificient!

The apartment we rented was exactly what we were looking for. A little place with a great rustic kitchen, fantastically located between two bustling markets. Not too expensive with a simple farm house decor. The purpose of the trip was opera and food and this apartment allowed us fantastic access to both. The owner, Sara, was helpful and kind despite all the hustle and bustle of the festive season. The apartment was well kept and Roxanne our house cleaner was wonderfully thorough. I plan on making many trips to Sicily (if for no other reason than it appears to be the last place in Europe to find real tomatoes!) and I would hope to rent this apartment each and every time.

Palermo - Close to Paradise

We like being close to the action and our choice of this Apartment certainly provided that. In the shadows of St Domenic's and a short walk to via Roma. The famous Quatrro Canti and Fontana Vergogna are just up the road. To wind down at the end of the day the Terrace provides an ideal escape; the size of the area gives access to either sunlight or shadows throughout the day.This area also allows you to relax in a quiet environment with spectacular views and only the birds and plants for company The Apartment is spacious and has most of what you need in terms of home comforts. Despite the 40 odd stairs to get there it offers a secure base to the occupants.
