The 2,500 square foot Villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with a three-way fireplace connecting the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. It also features a Veranda off of each room in the home with spectacular views of the entire resort.... be it the lake, the golf course, South Shore... everything is within an eye's view. The living room offers a couch, large screen TV with customized Sound Surround System and a wet bar with wine refrigerator/cooler. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and walk-in pantry. The dining area has a table which can seat up to six comfortably. The front veranda, patio dining table The spacious back veranda is a perfect place to entertain. The master suite boasts a king size bed, a TV and French doors leading to a private Veranda which offers golf course views. The master bath has double sinks, shower stall and a separate Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom offers two twin size beds, attached full bathroom and a private Veranda. Our stay was as the title suggests, FIRST CLASS. we had a number of friends stay at other condos near by at a lower rate but staying here was well worth it. When they saw our place every one of them was stunned by the quality of the condo, furniture and views. I would high recommend this place to anyone planning a stay at Lake Las Vegas
The property manager did everything in her power to take care of us. We were there for some training that took place at a nearby resort. This condo was a perfect place for us to cook and unwind, lots of room to spread out and entertain the less fortunate 'trainees', who were staying at the resort. Nothing beats a 'home cooked' meal.
I even made cookies the evening that the rest of the group went to the strip.

The Villa was beautiful! The photos on line don't do the property justice it is even nicer in person. The Villa is so spacious, the bedrooms each have their own wing. We enjoyed the deck over looking the golf course. Great place for morning coffee and to watch wildlife. The rabbits and quails were fun to watch. Walking the lake was easy from the property. Kristy was great to work with and made our stay wonderful. We have already booked our next trip to the villa!
We just returned home after staying the month of February in this condo. The experience was very positive. We did have a couple of issues, but they were immediately taken care of by the property manager to our complete satisfaction. The condo is spacious and easily handled the arrival of our two children and three grandchildren and one daughter-in-law.
We liked the amenities that were in the condo when we arrived (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body wash). All the appliances were top of the line, and plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware etc. They even had beach towels that we used at the hot tub.
Although the golf course was not functional and in disrepair, the view was magnificent. We talked to some people cleaning up the course and they said it had been purchased, and plans were to have a first class playable course this fall. We did see a few coyotes, which I rather enjoyed. (How they can blame the property manager for there presence as mentioned in another review is beyond me.) The deck furniture and gas grill appeared to be new, and we enjoyed using both to prepare meals and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. We really had an enjoyable month, most due to this big lovely condo (and above average temperatures). If we return to this area for another vacation I would definitely want to stay here again.
The listing description is not accurate: in almost too many ways to list. The attached two car garage is there, but the owner has a car parked in one space. This was difficult, as it was not parked to one side, and we drive an SUV. The casino is closed, we didn't bother to look at the retail village. It was mostly closed at our visit 6 mos. ago. The golf course view from the main rooms of the condo, is now just dirt. Totally dead...but supports a pack of wolves. We counted 6. Interesting, but not the place for a peaceful walk on the walk ways. Amazingly, there were joggers and walkers with fluffy white dogs on morning walks. We also saw a lone coyote one morning. Neither TV, in the living room, or the master had HD screens. They were very old. And the channels very limited. The master bedroom remote did not work. The photos were accurate. The property was sort of clean, but poorly maintained. The toilets in bedroom 2 and 3 flushed themselves regularly. Slow leaks? The water gushed in the laundry room into pipes designed to catch the flow. With the water shortage in that area, can't imagine the waste going down the drain daily. The fireplace didn't work. The 6 chairs around the dining room table....is more than the glasses in the cupboard. There are 3 regular glasses. There were cocktail glasses... stemware...in a very high cupboard. The night we arrived...after 4 days on the road. We opened the master bed to find... OH, nice sheets... but the bottom sheet had been laid across the mattress like a tablecloth. It lacked 4" of fitting the mattress......there was no elastic...no pocket... nothing to secure the sheet to the mattress. Unacceptable! I wanted to leave in that moment. But we found sheets in the closet that did fit and a clean blanket. Maybe. The Duvet and it's shams were not clean... The bathroom was clean....but there were spots on the carpet in the closets and throughout the place where there was carpet. Particularly the master bedroom. The kitchen is a long way from being fully equipped! There is a lot of junk in the drawers but no can opener. Pots and pan a plenty. All needed to be washed before use. Those lovely granite counters were gritty dusty. Needless to say, I did no cooking in that kitchen. I cooked elsewhere. The owner? Was that the person we talked to on the phone? We didn't bother her. No point. We paid a lot for a place to sleep, the yowling wolves added...
Hoover Dam just around the corner and boat tours on the lake.
