Photos and Description of the Regal Oaks vacation house rental

The townhouse was completed in October 2007 and located within a fully managed resort which features a large pool complex with lazy river extensive sun decks and jacuzzi. The property is of highly quality with 4 bedroom/ 3 bath. And is situated in landscaped surroundings overlooking the lake and pool complex.

The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities,lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first en-suit bedroom is on the ground floor with queen size bed .Upstairs consists of large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed and balcony.Two twin bedrooms with television, Family bathroom,Washer/dryer room. All linen, furnishings and utensils(include, iron, iron/board, and hair-dryer) are supplied. The resort is only a short distance from all parks and is located off the Highway 192 at Old Town Kissimmee. Shops restaurants and entertainment at Old Town are walking distance from resort.

    Cancellation 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in 50% loss of total rental cost
    No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 4 weeks of check-in.

    Rentals for stay of 6 nights or less will incur an additional cleaning cost of £50.00

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your organising of our stay at 2714 Bushman Drive last week. Your accomodation was spotless and superb.


This was the first time that myself or any of the 4 guests in my party had stayed in a private home/rental whilst in Florida, we were a bit unsure as to how it would be but throughout the whole time from booking to the stay itself you have been so helpful.
