My family stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This home is ideally situated on the water with beautiful views from the living room, dining room and 1st floor master bedroom. It is clean and comfortable and provides everything you'd need in the kitchen (except the food)! ;) We brought my mother-in-law and she was able to have her own space and felt very comfortable as well. The short drive to St. Michaels provided all the shopping and restaurants we were looking for. I highly recommend staying here and we certainly will again!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I planned to take a long weekend away in Tilghman since I was going to be in Salisbury taking the first of two different nursing certification exams. The entire trip was worth it. I passed the exam, we rented an awesome home and my husband had the excitement of catching a nice Rockfish. Robin, thank you so much for making your home so beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We could not have stayed in a nicer home. Everything was supplied from linens to towels, to paper products, to detergents just for starters. These personal touches really meant a lot. After the grueling exam on Friday, we had to have some fun and so the weekend began. After charter fishing, we picked up my husbands catch at the wharf directly across the narrows from the house. You can see the workers filleting everyones catch caught from the numerous charter boats. We also watched eel fisherman at the boat ramp loading the eel into tanks on a tractor trailer readying them to go overseas. St Michaels (only a fifteen minute drive) was also a hit for the quaint shops, the Maritime Museum and just the walk. For the fitness buff, there is a beautiful park across the first Camper Circle entrance that has multiple fitness stations (also playground equipment great for children). Camper Circle itself is quiet and allows for walking or children riding bikes without problem. The dock behind the house is in the Narrows which protects your boat from the sometimes rough Chesapeake. The MLW which is often problematic at docks that come with rental homes is such that large fishing boats are moored in the Narrows without issue. If you rent this wonderful home, you will not be disapointed. (We were just sorry we were not able to see the roses and butterfly bush in full bloom.) Thanks so much!

FANTASTIC HOUSE

  • 5 of 5
Our family loved this house. The location on the marina transports you away from city life and makes you wonder why everyone doesn't live on the water. It is spotless and has a top notch kitchen that opens to a large first floor with lots of comfy seating. The bedrooms are large and tastefully decorated - no cheesy wicker beach furniture here. It is a short drive to St Michaels (don't miss Ava's Pizzeria, Justine's for ice cream and snocones, and the local brewery). The owner of the house is wonderful - friendly, professional, easy to reach, and accommodating.

PERFECT FOR EXTENDED FAMILY

  • 5 of 5
The house was clean, fresh, roomy, well-stocked, and (if possible) more delightful than advertised. Communication with the owner was easy and thorough. The house was perfect for our family, ranging from young to mature adults, who needed several bedrooms and baths. Plenty of seating at the dining table and in the comfy and large living area. The outdoor seating and retractable awnings added to our enjoyment. We enjoyed both the St Michaels (including the Maritime Museum) and Tilghman areas, easy driving form this location. The kayak owners were delighted to launch from the back yard, and we supplemented with nearby rentals. We recommend this house to any large group, whether family or friends, and we also recommend a splurge dinner at Isabel's at the Tilghman Island Inn.
