About Lee

The owner lives in the house above the studio.

Why Lee chose Sausalito

I moved to Marin County from the east coast, because I wanted to be in a beautiful location that allowed you easy access to culture, sports and nature. I have found all that here!

What makes this townhome unique

This house is surrounded by eucalyptus trees, but you can still see the water. Mt Tamalpais's peak looms in view from every level. Easy access to 101, ferry and town while still feeling like you're in nature. Great walking and biking. The water front is just down the hill along with great restaurants and beautiful views. What's not to love!

A Perfect Getaway!

  • 5 of 5
We absolutely enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we could need for our stay. It is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. The owner was very welcoming and leaves a list of information you might need about the apartment. She also supplies a list of restaurants with personal comments about some of the restaurants. There were also a stack of brochures about the many surrounding attractions. The views are beautiful from the back deck which include the garden and views of the water through the trees. Parking is provided in the driveway so you don't have to worry about street parking and it is so convenient when unloading the car. Sausalito is such a great place and is a perfect location to explore all the surrounding areas . We can't wait to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sausalito apartment . The owner was so welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed meeting her two adorable dogs. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gardens were so lovely and view of the harbor and Mt Tam was great. The owner's home is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the downtown. We hope to stay again when we return to visit our son .

Ideal choice for us!

  • 5 of 5
We stayed for three nights in this quaint studio apartment in classy Sausalito and loved every moment. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-15 minute walk of downtown Sausalito. Its well equipped with all the comforts of home if you just want to spend the days gazing at the water through the trees, or if you prefer to use it as a base to explore the bay area like we did. Muir Woods is a 10 minute drive! We were there before it opened and avoided all the crowds. We walked into the heart of downtown, rented bikes, and rode across the Golden Gate Bridge. Another day we took the ferry from Sausalito to SF, had lunch in Chinatown, and were back to have dinner in Sausalito. The studio was spotless and the bed comfortable. My wife and I were celebrating twenty years of marriage and this was the perfect place to start our Northern California adventure.

Artist Stay during Sausalito Art Festival

  • 5 of 5
This little place was a cozy home away from home dream. Clean, well stocked and easy access
to all of Sausalito. The owner was warm, friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay
the most pleasant I have had in a long time. I will be back and will recommend highly to
anyone traveling to this area.
