Comfortable cottage located in the locality Olia Speciosa, the main village of the town, then by all the useful services to the residents. Ideal for a holiday of sea and mountains, in 10 minutes you can easily reach all the seaside resorts of the area. The house, as seen in photo, is newly built and is so 'made: n. 1 bedroom, no. 1cameretta with 3 beds, bathroom with shower, a kitchen well furnished living room with Anglo and a sofa bed for two, for a total of 7 beds. provided with all amenities both inside and outside in his garden. With barbecue, outside shower. For the summer season prices start from 400 € to 900 € per week. (Minimum for two persons) Any off-season rentals are to be arranged by telephone.
