Take the elevator to the third floor and enter this 'plantation' décor paradise. You'll enjoy a fabulous view of the ocean from the entire living area, with the balcony having the best seats in the house. How close? Just five houses to the beach. You may also want to unwind and slip into the Master Jacuzzi. Or relax and watch a movie on the new Plasma and BluRay.

Walk less than one block (no streets to cross) to the most beautiful, white sandy beaches in America! (Lifeguards all summer.) You can rent chairs, umbrella's and body boards right on the beach. Pack your lunch, easily walk back to the house for breaks, or grab a snack at the beachfront eatery. Dine in or eat out in fantastic casual and formal restaurants in The Wildwoods, historic Cape May and Diamond Beach. Walk a few blocks to Sunset Lake for the view or rent a wave runner. Take the trolley from our corner to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk... With Morey's Pier (boasting state of the art rides and water parks) games, pizza, ice cream and many scheduled events.

Sip your coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean, then enjoy a refreshment as the sun sets on a beautiful day. Enjoy a movie on the in the living area and/or set the kids up with a DVD all their own, in the bedroom. Wireless internet, of course! We even have the best located, large storage room!

About The Owner

Owners Martha & Tony are Jersey Shore people from childhood. They cannot get enough of the shore and will eventually retire at the beach. Tony is an Atlantic City boy, waterskiing the inland waterways through college. Martha is from the Central Jersey Shore area, Atlantic Highlands, and a college diver. Together they have rented and eventually purchased vacation properties in Ocean City and Wildwood Crest.

Both have become Realtors and have created their own vacation rental business and website for the Jersey Shore area. They represent over 150 beautiful properties and know them inside and out. It all started from a need to service guests at a higher level and be sure owners and guests alike are handled professionally in a state of the art website/internet environment. In the end, it all comes down to the beach and being 'Down the Shore'!

Martha & Tony may just be the 'Best Hosts' in the Wildwoods.

Why The Owner chose Wildwood Crest

Fantastic location. Wildwood Crest is quiet and upscale, yet only minutes from the Boardwalk and minutes from Cape May. Loved the hi-end builder from Ocean City who built a beautiful & unique building, reminscent of the old shore mansions. Glorious ocean views. Just a few properties away from the beach. Nothing quite like it in the Crest.

What makes this condo unique

The elevator makes things so much easier. The ocean side balcony is quite relaxing at all times of day. You can't stop staring at the ocean. Upscale decor and furnishings makes you feel comfortable and at home. The Jacuzzi Tub is a great way to finish the day. The beach side eatery is very convenient. Walking back from the beach for 'breaks' is so quick and easy. This property has just 5 units and is very quiet. You'll love the kitchen and large counter space and seating. Dining space for 12 really makes things flexible and convenient. Wireless internet is provided.

The elevator is a blessing for our mother-in-law and good friend in a chair. The building has a large foyer and large, private storage and outside showers. Walking distance to Sunset Lake and our favorite Bayview Tavern (great wings, ribs and beers on tap). Trolley to the Boards stops right at the corner. Nice!

We rented this unit the week of July 11th through th3 18th of July. The unit is absolutely beautiful - luxury all the way. And what a location! We would not hesitate to recommend renting this unit. Anthony Kin could not have been more responsive or accomodating - it was a totally wonderful experience all the way 'round.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
