House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

You will not find a better deal for the money than this newer built, four bedroom home! The Kitchen and Great Room area features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and ceramic tile throughout. The furniture is good quality and like new. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The laundry room, right off the kitchen, is very convenient!

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and designed with your comfort in mind. The Disney room will delight the girls and the boys will appreciate the Nautical room. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and two separate exits leading directly to the pool area. The walk-in closet and private TV plus VCR are great!

Southern Dunes is a gated community and consists of well-kept houses built amongst a beautiful, top rated golf course. The heated community pool, tennis courts, playground area, and clubhouse with workout facilities are really nice extras when you're not at Disney World and want to hang around the house!

This was our first time staying in this home and we were very pleased. The home was clean and the neighborhood was very nice. This was a great value for the money and we would certainly consider staying here again.

We stayed in this home in November of 2004 and were extremely satisfied with our accomodations. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. The homeowner was great to work with. The kids really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. I would definitely recommend this to my friends!
