This is self contained two bedroom flat. It is only available for a minimum of a 90 day letting. VRBO Rates page will shortly change to accommodate this requirement.

The Price quoted is for renting as a ONE Bedroom flat however SECOND bedroom is available for additional £45 per night. Rates are negotiable for this period upon request. The living room space is combined with an open plan kitchen to provide a nice social environment with modern comfortable furniture.

We live in the adjacent house so we are available in the event you need help or to resolve any problems.

Free HI-SPEED wireless WIFI is provided together with a flat screen TV and BlueRay DVD player that provides access to iplayer TV programmes

You can take lovely walks to Hampstead with its quaint streets and then Hampstead Heath visiting the magnificent Kenwood Park. Or you can walk in the opposite direction to Primrose Hill taking in the spectacular views of London before going down the hill to Regents Park and even the London Zoo.

Continue a little further and you will arrive in Marylebone High Street and its glorious shops and cafes before finding yourself in Oxford Street. In fact the walk from our home to Oxford Street would only take 45 minutes if you didn't stop at all the other places along the way!

This guest stayed with us for nearly 2 months...

"I had the pleasure of staying for almost 8 weeks in this lovely apartment. For me it was both a base and a sanctuary as I took my first real holiday in 9 years.

Although leaving for overseas on the day of my arrival, Barrie arranged for me to be met at 8am in the morning at the property. He even texted from the airport to ensure all had gone smoothly. I arrived to a kitchen stocked with fresh eggs, milk and a still warm loaf of rustic rye bread. What a joy after 24hours in transit.

Barrie and his partner Beverley are warm and welcoming whilst discreet. Living in the adjacent premises, they are accessible should you have any queries, but you are left to enjoy the peace of this lovely centrally heated garden flat. Barrie asked permission twice during my stay to show the apartment to other potential clients and gave notice each time.

If you are staying for more than a few days, the washer/dryer is very welcome.

I also took advantage of the opportunity to make use of a second bedroom in the property when a friend from Australia came to stay for 12 days. This additional charge was definitely worth it to us for the convenience.

There are two tube lines within easy walking distance and they will get you almost anywhere you want to go. Both Primrose Hill park and Hampstead Heath are also within walking distance and well worth the visit.

Whether you are travelling alone, couple/s or a small family, I wholeheartedly recommend staying in this welcoming space in a gorgeous part of London."

Great place where staying in London.

We spent almost one week in this lovely place with my wife and two children. The flat is well-located, close to the main services, bus, tube line station and only few minutes from the amazing Primrose Park. The owner is charming people who were available for any kind of help and making our staying enjoyable. Overall, the flat is perfect and I would like to stay here again in the near future.

My husband and I stayed for a week and loved the experience. The flat is in walking distance of lots of good pubs and restaurants, shopping, and also the Jubilee tube line. The owners are charming people who sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay and were helpful with questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat should we return to London. The flat was perfect for us. We have already recommended it to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
