Upstairs, includes large main living area with wired sound system, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful front and back balcony's with sound system. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, designer glass tile back splash, and custom cabinetry. Downstairs has its own living area, work/den space, bonus/service kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 sleeper sofa, private front porch sitting area, and large covered deck in the back.

As of 4/2013, this is the only luxury rental (or hotel, for that matter) south of I-30 and within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District, Kessler Theater, and Methodist Hospital.
808 N. Bishop Avenue offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and secure, gated parking for 6 cars. It luxuriously accommodates 6-10 guests, and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests with pull-out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom upstairs has its own premium bath with dual sinks, oversized walk in closet, glass shower and television. The two additional upstairs bedrooms share a premium bath. The two bedrooms downstairs share a premium bath as well and have their own living room area (perfect for kids!), with television, and office complete with dual work spaces. The downstairs also provides a service kitchen with range, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
All furnishings are new with emphasis on high quality mattresses, bedding, and amenities.
There is a no-charge, full capacity, front loader washer and dryer available for your use.
Owners have stocked the house with everything you will need for a long term stay, including toiletries, a fully furnished kitchen with serving pieces for eight and cooking materials, books, and movies. The house also has cable and high speed internet.
***ABSOLUTELY NO PETS*** (We love pets, but accidents happen, and many people have allergies to different types of animals. If a pet is found present the owners will request that you vacate immediatedly, and your entire deposit will be forefitted).

The house does not have a pool, but is a short drive away (5 minutes) from the Belmont Hotel, which offers day-passes as well as cocktail and food service at its pool.
The home is also a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to the Stevens Park Estates Municiple Golf Course. Stevens Park has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, and is known for its sweeping views of the Downtown Dallas Skyline.
This home is located in the historic Bishop Arts District neighborhood just minutes from downtown, the Convention Center, and Methodist Hospital! The Bishop Arts District is known for being one of two truly walkable neighborhoods in Dallas; it is walking distance to some of Dallas' top dining destinations, including Lucia, Hattie's, Eno's, and Driftwood! Nightlife also abounds in the Bishop Arts area, as does shopping, arts, and live entertainment.
Beautiful restaurants for dinner. Most also serve brunch, and lunch. Reservations recommended.

The house was perfect in every way for our corporate retreat. Four staff members stayed at the house and one day we hosted a dozen of our sales reps for a business meeting. There was more than enough room for the group meeting in the spacious living room and for smaller breakout meetings there were multiple private areas throughout the home. The attention from the property manager from my first inquiry through rental was outstanding. The close proximity to several restaurants in the Arts District was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful experience.
We loved the house! It was spotless and well stocked .Plenty of room for many and we just had 4. The neighborhood is in transition,however we never felt un comfortable out walking around. Close to many nice restaurants and a few shops. The property manager rates an A+ as he went above and beyond the call of duty. We had no car and used Uber when we couldn't walk.
The place was better than expected. Very clean and the location was perfect. We rented a party bus to take us around the city every night and the best feature was being able to leave our cars locked in the gate while away from the home. Zero complaints here and we are looking forward to renting again in the fall.
What s fabulous property! Spacious, stylish, comfortable and immaculate. It was perfect for our planning retreat. Super close to restaurants, shops, etc... And, property manager was super attentive and helpful. Hoping to return next year!
This house was in close proximity for a family wedding at Thanksgiving Square in downtown Dallas. Lots of fun stuff in the nearby Bishop Arts district. The house has been beautifully renovated. Our only complaint was one of the 3 bathrooms had only a tub, no shower, so getting a dozen people ready on the morning of the wedding was a challenge.
We were just in town for our daughter's wedding and were fortunate to find this gem! The house is very comfortable and roomy allowing for time alone or family gatherings. We hosted a bridesmaid brunch with ease . . . The kitchen is well done, has all you need, and is easy to work in. The numerous porches/balconies make hosting gatherings a breeze! Our extended family had plenty of room to rest, watch tv or read and getting everyone ready for the wedding was not a problem. The location is great! A wonderful neighborhood to walk or jog in; walking distance to the Bishop Arts District; and close to downtown. We can't say enough good about this terrific urban retreat!
The Bishop Arts District is a stones throw away. Dallas Convention Center and Downtown Dallas are a short 7 min drive or 15 min bike ride away through the neighborhood and over a safe bridge (avoiding the interstate exchange entirely). Bishop Arts is also less than 10 minutes away from Uptown and from some of the best shopping and museums in Dallas.
