Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Chalet is equipped and renovated to excellent standard (much better than other chalets in area) and only 250 metres from ski lifts but with bargain pricing to increase bookings. Start/changeover day and duration flexible.
  Rates quoted are for the whole chalet for up to 5 guests, including everything (electricity, water, firewood, satellite TV, sheets and towels, cleaning afterwards etc.), with nothing else to pay except a refundable security deposit.
  Use lower weekly or weekend rates if applicable. Higher 'Nightly' rates are for first 2 nights only to cover cleaning and meeting costs. For third and subsequent nights, or extra nights over a week, use much lower 'extra night' rate (calculated as one seventh of weekly rate). For 14 days or more, 5% discount on total price (10% discount on total for 21 days or more). Additional discounts available for long stays, etc.
  Small supplement for over 5 guests (6 guests €40; 7 guests €80; 8 guests €120; etc. - daily supplement is 20% of week
• 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking with balance payable 3 months before start date (except bookings for any rentals periods after 10/1/13 can be made provisionally with no deposit needed until 10/1/13).
  Payment by bank transfer in Euro (amount can be fixed in GBP if desired at time of booking).
  If agreed in advance, rental can be all or partly be paid on arrival in cash (e.g. late or off peak bookings, etc.)
  €150 security deposit payable but fully refundable at end of stay all being well (i.e. no damages, etc.)
• EXCELLENT VALUE LONGER TERM RENTALS available from now for 1-6 or more months from €490 per month plus bills (pricing TBC depending on duration and time). Great location close to Zabljak facilities yet with great mountain views and only 250m from ski lifts. Good 3G mobile signal for calls/data comms. Well equipped (3* tourist rating, much better than most Durmitor chalets).
