Why Nancy Monks chose Cape Neddick
We have been vacationing here in the York area since 1970. We chose Cape Neddick to be our year round location five years ago. Cape Neddick offers the perfect location for summer vacations. The house offers a unique ability to accommodate more than one family which makes it a perfect place for the family reunion. It's proximity to beaches within walking distance makes it especially convenient.
What makes this house unique
The private pebble beach available to our renters is a special place for that quiet afternoon of watching the tide come in. It's proximity to children's activities such as the wild animal park, amusement rides, arcade and gift shops makes it a family friendly location. We believe that a vacation in Cape Neddick is the perfect spot in spring, summer, and fall.
