The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, an additional closet and vanity area plus a master bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room with additional closet space and its own private bathroom. The condo has an eat-in-kitchen with pass-through connecting into the dining room. Both living room and bedroom share a spacious, newly renovated balcony and railings with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The balcony is furnished with comfortable outdoor loungers, table and chairs. Perfect for a late afternoon cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Intra-Coastal water as well as a relaxing breakfast al fresco.

There is a large outdoor heated pool. The condo is centrally located on South Ocean Blvd or AIA. It is a short walk to the famous 'John G's' restaurant in the Plaza Del Mar or north to 'Benny's on the Beach', an inside or open air seating breakfast and lunch location on the Lake Worth pier.
An ocean side 18 hole municipal 'Par Three' golf course is one mile north on South Ocean Blvd. A beautifully gardened bike and walking path along the Intra-Coastal waterway is just across the street and runs about 5 miles north and 10 miles south.
The condo is only a 15 min drive to City Place in West Palm Beach where one can find boutiques, Dept. stores, movies and restaurants. It is a 10 min drive to downtown Palm Beach, Worth Ave and The Breakers Hotel, 20 minutes to Boca Raton and 15 minutes to charming Del Ray Beach. The Palm Beach International Airport is only a 15 minute drive.
