Saugerties Apartment Rental Photos and Description
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Sleeps 7)
Partition Street Loft is a large open plan loft with one private bedroom with a super comfy queen sized bed, one small sleeping loft above the living room with a double foam mattress on the floor. There's also a new comfortable queen sized pull out couch and a sleep-able single couch in the living room.
There is lots of room to hang out on the 2 couches in the living room which has a flat screen TV (with Netflix) a DVD player & a record player & my old record collection- (please treat with care) You can also relax in the back lounge or retreat to the deck which opens onto the outdoor roof garden. You can cook meals together in the modern kitchen
Or you can walk out the door into the
heart of Saugerties village. Quaint & funky- it's been called 'the Brooklyn of the Catskills'.
Directly below the loft is Lucky Chocolates- a cafe and chocolate shop where we make delicious organic chocolate treats on site. We also bake fresh croissants cookies & scones, have a fresh juice bar, and a small lunch menu including vegan, paleo & gluten-free items.
You can continue further on and eat at several restaurants ranging in style and price from Diamond Mills and Miss Lucy's Kitchen- to name two of the best- to The Village Diner, Mirabellas, The Dutch Ale House or Slices Pizza which are more casual. It's a great place to walk around, enjoy the little shops and galleries, get coffee and poke around the antique stores, or get dinner & drinks or even hear some live Jazz - all within a few blocks.
We are less than 5 minutes to the HITS grounds and a 1.5 mile walk to the Saugerties Lighthouse.

I am the owner and chocolatier of Lucky Chocolates.
I love Saugerties and spend most of my free time walking with my Jack Russell Terrier Effie.
After exploring the area for many months looking for a place to move my chocolate shop, I finally landed in Saugerties. I love this village, the buildings are so historical and beautiful and the people are great. You can walk everywhere and the Hudson River and Esopus Creek are always surprising & different in every season.
The loft is so spacious and serene, it's a great place to relax and clear your head. The garden in season is open air and relaxing. Yet the Village is right outside with everything and anything you could need.
