About Mia Toback
This 1940's era home has been family-owned for three generations and almost six decades. In that time, we have kept the original charm intact and once you walk inside, you feel right at home. The walls have many stories to tell and we welcome you to make a few new ones of your own.
Mia Toback purchased this house in 1955
Why Mia Toback chose Bradley Beach
Let's face it, the Jersey Shore took a direct hit from Hurricane Sandy, but we are so relieved and thrilled to report that Bradley Beach and its historic sand dunes kept the floodwater from destroying most of the homes and businesses in town.
What is in need of repair is the boardwalk, but it is currently under construction and is slated for completion by Memorial Day Weekend, 2013! Our property is located just a few hundred yards back from the ocean and is slightly elevated off the main road, which was a blessing. The lake views and proximity to the ocean create a relaxed atmosphere and make this unique home an ideal place to spend your summer. Bradley Beach has been sought after for generations for its white, sandy beaches and comfortable water temperatures. The beach towns are linked together by the boardwalk, providing travel between the neighboring communities on foot. We invite you to experience our quaint town from our home!
What makes this house unique
Located on Sylvan Lake and the proximity to the ocean make this a very unique home. Views of the lake from the living room and front porch are a perfect place to sip on your morning coffee or enjoy an early evening cocktail. The backyard is equipped with a barbecue for cookouts and outdoor furniture to entertain guests. The large outdoor shower is another option for showering when returning from the beach.
