The street is quiet at night and the bedroom is at the rear of the building away from any possibility of noise. Moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops, and parks.

This cosy apartment is ideal for families on vacation and business travellers alike. It has a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, and an open-plan kitchen; it can easily accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A cot and high chair can be made available for babies/toddlers upon request.

Disappointing!!!!!

We stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment was nothing like the pictures display. The unit smelled like mildew. Everything in the unit was at the brink of failure or dire need of replacement. The apartment was not very clean. The washer/dryer did not function when we arrived. It took several requests to the manager to repair the washing machine. He assured us that it was repaired on the day before our departure. In reality the machine remained non functional despite of the manager's assurance that it was repaired. We ended up going to the laundromat after running the London marathon.

The shower head sprayed water everywhere except inside the shower stall.
The neighborhood was extremely noisy day and night. Don't expect any sleep if you stay there.

The most important thing: One of the upstairs apartments in the complex was broken into and robbed. The trash from the various units accumulated in a garbage room for several days, fouling the air and making the area smell like a typical garbage dump.
Insanely over priced given the multiple negatives we experienced.
The only good thing was that the unit was located near the tube station and the grocery store.

Central apartment, with a good location for visiting London for a few days. Upon arrival the apartment was not cleaned properly, there were hair and crumbs all over the living room and hallway. However, an assistant from the staff cleaned the apartment after we pointed out the lack of cleaning during handover. Another thing; we were told at arrival that security was important, that we locked doors etc. However, at our suprise the windows in the apartment is not possible to lock, which we find a bit irresponsible. Anyway, the staff provided requested highchair and cot for our baby, the apartment is perfect for a small family spending a few days in London.

The apartment is centrally located, at walking distance from several facilites (supermarket, subway, pubs,etc).
We were 10 nights with 2 children and enjoyed the place and location, quite during the night.
Reccomendable for short trips.

Excellent stay at Great Portland street

We stayed with 5 people for 9 nights at this appartment and it was perfect. Great location, central and nearby subway, shops and park. The appartment was great! Clean, beautiful, light and with everything you could possible need.The beds were aso really comfortable! The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. The customer service was also perfect, We could check out later on the day when we returned and I would definitely recommend this appartment to friends or relatives!

Excellent apartment in excellent location

This is an excellent apartment. It is a clean, tidy and well maintained apartment in a residential building. The description of the apartment is accurate and all the facilities listed were in good working order. With wi-fi, a washer/dryer and fully equiped kitchen, everything we needed was here. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Holborn) and 10 minute stroll to Covent Garden.
The property manager is flexible and accommodating. We would recommend this apartment for couples or people with a small child.
