The apartment is situated between Old and New Danube and provides good infrastructure (supermarket next door). The Donauinsel (Danube Island) as well as the huge and beautiful Donaupark (Danube Park), which is accessable directly from the building, offer you the extraordinary option to combine sightseeing with relaxation and leisure activities. It only takes you a 10 minutes ride by underground to get into the heart of the city (Stephansplatz). Due to the nearby motorway approach road (A 22) you also reach the area around Vienna (for example Vienna Woods, Wachau, Lake Neusiedl, Weinviertel, etc.) very quickly. By car or direct bus (No 1183) you reach Vienna International Airport within only 30 minutes.

Fantastic apartment!!!!!!

Spent a wonderful 5 days in vienna in this gorgeous apartment.
The views from all the rooms were outstanding and stretched for miles - making it hard to draw yourself away!! The apartment itself was furnished lovely and modern and in a very conveniant place - close to the u-ban and centre etc. The ebingers welcome and informative correspondance gave it that little extra something that you rarely get from else where. i would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back at some point!!!

Wow, what a view!!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment. We had a lovely welcome by the owner and were bowled over by the spectaclar view over Vienna. The location is fantastic, near to the underground and a supermarket round the corner. Also, surprisingly, plent of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like going into the centre or cooking in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fantastisk lägenhet

Jag skulle på bröllop i Wien och lyckades få bo i denna fantastiska lägenhet. Den har allt man bara kan önska. Utsikten från den stora panoramabalkongen är underbar och man kan sitta många timmar där och bara njuta av den fina utsikten. Det finns allt man kan önska i köket också så man kan handla i den närliggande affären och tillaga sin egen mat/frukost där. Man har inget behov av bil då det finns U-Bahn bara en liten bit därifrån så man är på bara några minuter inne i centrala delarna av Wien.
Lägenheten var givetvis mycket välstädad och vi blev väl omhändertagna och bemötta när vi kom.
Jag kan absolut rekomendera denna lägenhet till alla som åker till Wien.

Lars Resenberger aus Naumburg/Saale, Deutschland: Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub im wunderschönen Wien. Diese Stadt ist eine Reise wert und eine Woche Zeit reichte kaum, um alles zu erkunden. Am Ende eines jeden Tages war es uns eine Freude in unser tolles Apartment bei Familie Ebinger im Mischek Tower zurückzukehren und Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Hier wird dem Gast wirklich viel geboten. Vom freundlichen Empfang, über eine tolle Einrichtung bis hin zum überaus beeindruckenden Panorama-Blick über Wien, alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch das Auto brauchten wir nicht aus der Tiefgarage zu holen, denn die benachbarte U-Bahnstation ist eine komfortable Verkehrsanbindung an die gesamte Stadt. Fazit: Wer einen Wienaufenthalt plant, ist im Ebinger Apartment bestens und mit der Wochenpauschale auch preiswert untergebracht! Barbara Meisel/München: Von allen 5000 Kongressteilnehmern im Austria Centre hatten wir die allerbeste Wohnung!

Ich war mit einer Freundin während des Donauinselfestes 2008 in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls super schön und gemütlich! Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher bald wieder! Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!
