Villa located inside of 5000 sq m private fenced area in between olive, lemon and orange plantation with a view on the Gialova lagoon. 8 persons can live in the house. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace and a double bed settee, one large twin bedded bedroom, bathroom with shower. One separated studio with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Further one outside bathroom with shower. Upstairs a winter garden opening on a 60 sq m terrace with a fantastic view, a double bedroom, a little dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub.

Pylos, at 15 min. by car is the beautiful town of Pylos with its spectacular amphitheatrically layout that offers an exceptional view of the town, the island of Sfakteria and the bay of Navarino, the only large natural harbour on the west coast of the Peloponnese. At 2 km from the famous Voidokilia beach, fenced area in between olive. It is at 3 km from the little village of Gialova with plenty of good tavernas and coffee houses at the seafront.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind absolut korrekt. Der
Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die
Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfs-
bereit. Alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, sind hier absolut
