About The Owner

Our main home is on the other side of the Pacific in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We love the sea and after numerous business and vacation trips to Kona, decided to make it our second home. We never run out of fun things to do there!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Kailua Kona

We were spending too much time and money staying in other people's condos while on frequent business and vacation trips to the Big Island, so finally took the plunge and bought a place of our own in the location we had found most convenient and appealing to us.

What makes this condo unique

It's so convenient to beaches, the pier, old airport park...which is a fantastic place, restaurants,etc. but is tucked away just steps from Alii Dr. Our screened lanai looks down on the oldest stone church in Hawaii. The Royal Palace and famous Kona Inn and the water are right across the street. Start the day with a swim or paddle then a coffee and pastry at Hula Bean...truly paradise!

We stayed here for 3 nights last December, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The condo is spacious, clean, well-stocked and tastefully decorated. You look out onto the beautiful old church grounds with glimpses of Alii Drive and the beachfront. Alii Drive, the Pier, and all the shopping and eating you could ever want are just seconds away, but this unit is back off from the street so it is quiet and private. Secure covered parking underneath is included - so nice to get in a cool car that's been in the shade! Highly recommended for anyone who wants the convenience of being right in Kailua-Kona.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
