The studio is in the heart of Paris, close to everywhere. Paris is a little city! It's a very quiet place. Elegant. Absolutely new. I start renting it on march 29.

My husband and I stayed for a week in this charming, well located studio. The apartment had everything we needed and we adored the neighborhood and walkability to just about everything. There's a handful of older working ladies around in the afternoons, but they didn't bother us at all. Great experience with this apartment and loved the Rue Montorgrueil area and being in a neighborhood versus a tourist-y hotel district.
I stayed with my wife at the apartment for 3 nights at the beginning of April and honestly the apartment is super. It has everything and its spacious for a couple. The location is very nice, very Parisienne but the street st. Denis itself as I read in one of the reviews contains a bit of prostitutes. Honestly at first I felt a bit back but as a matter of fact I felt pity for them as their age bracket is very high. But the street and the apartment are very safe and nothing ruined our stay. The only tricky thing was the stairs but as this is an old building so it's very understandable. The assistant Francoise is extremely nice and she was waiting for us upon arrival and was more than helpful when we were leaving so thank you Francoise :) I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I would definitely recommend this apartment.
Stayed in studio for five days with my daughter. Clean and exactly as described. Close to subway, bakery, grocery and restaurants. Internet worked great, amenities were appreciated! Nice to have some maps and brochures available to look at before starting our sightseeing adventures. Stairs to second floor a bit tough with suitcases but what else would you expect. Quiet building and lots of shops on street below. FYI Didn't notice until second night there is a light switch in the entrance hallway of the building to turn on lights that is on a timer so you don't have to make your way in in the dark. Christine always responded quickly and deposit returned quickly. Her assistant was helpful and pleasant. Made suggestions for restaurant area close by. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris.
It was my mom's first time in Paris and the first time using VRBO internationally. The apartment was exactly as advertised -- location and appearance were just as we expected. The apartment was very new feeling from it's recent upgrade and was very clean. The location was extremely convenient and quick to everything we wanted to see in Paris. We knew we weren't going to be spending much time in our accommodation as we would be out and about sightseeing all day. The apartment was just what we needed at the end of the day...had everything we needed. The stairs were a little bit tough on my mom at the end of a day of walking, but that's something you'll find in most apartments if you choose to stay in this kind of accommodation. We enjoyed our stay!
Stayed here for four nights in August, and found that the studio was very clean, modern and spacious. The location is fantastic with many restaurants, cafes, bakeries close by and a supermarket as well if you want to have a night in. The metro was close by and getting everywhere was extremely convenient. Christine was very helpful and responded to any questions promptly. I would recommend the studio to anyone. Thanks!
