Spacious accommodation with a private screened pool overlooking the Tot Lot

Double door entry to this home with a keypad on the door so you choose your own door code, no need to go and pick up keys anywhere else just go straight to the home enter your code and your in. It has been repainted inside, new carpets and new sofas. The home has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with access through sliding doors to the patio and pool. The lounge area has cable TV, two comfy sofas and a DVD/CD player.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and tall chest, walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, ceiling fan and TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, bedside unit, TV and wardrobe. The full size fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc., also has a pantry. All linens, crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils are provided. There is plastic ware for use beside the pool, the rear outlook is of the children's play area.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Cumbrian Lakes, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rentals are exclusive of local taxes, currently 13%.
    Pool heat can be added at $20.00 per day.
    Rentals of 6 nights or less incur a short stay fee of $65.00.
    Non-Refundable Accidental Damage Insurance of $45.00 is a requirement of booking and not included in the above prices.
  • Reservation deposit must be received before booking can be confirmed.
    A minimum of $300.00 is required to reserve the property.
    Final balance is due to be received 60 days before arrival.
    Credit Card details are required for all bookings in case of damage to the home considered to be non-accidental by the insurance company.
    Travel Insurance for 7 per cent of the cost of your rental can be arranged through our insurers.
  • Travel insurance can be arranged through our insurers, if this is declined at reservation no refunds on cancellations will be given.

Excellent Villa to Rent

Villa was fab. Ideal location just 5 minutes from restaurants, about 10 minutes from Walmart and about 20 minutes to disney parks, 25 to universal. Villa was very clean and comfortable, had everything you need. Customer service excellent, we dealt with Liz who was just a phone call away which was great. Already recommended to friends and family. Having stayed in Florida before in Southern Dunes, we would definately stay at Cumbrian Lakes again in this villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Great Vacation Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We have never stayed in anything other than a hotel in the past but we will not be doing that again.
We would highly recommend this home, it was spacious, clean and looked like a brand new home although we know it is not. It was very easy to get to the parks, the shopping malls and of course the supermarket.
We will definitely be back and hope that this home is available when we do. Thanks to all who made our stay here a pleasure indeed.
