The double lot provides plenty of yard space and faces due south for maximum sun exposure. A private dock is being built on the property in Spring 2014.

My husband and I bought this home from a friend who had owned it for many years. During several occasions we spent weekends and afternoons, sitting on the deck here enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of being on the bay, so when he mentioned he was selling we jumped at the opportunity. We have always loved this spot!

Why Grace chose Portsmouth
This past fall we found out we were having our first child! We knew it would be the ideal setting to escape from Downtown Newport and have a nice little getaway with our growing family and guests from out of town. Excited about our new retreat we decided to completely renovate the property to make it as nice as our full time residence in hopes of using it often and having repeat tenants.
