Ideally located, it is no surprise that these apartments are much sought after as they are just a few minutes away on foot from Place Masséna and the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais and is located close to the shopping district at the heart of life in the city of Nice. The picturesque market in Cours Saleya, in the historic old city, with its colourful stalls selling flowers and fruit from the local countryside is around 5 minutes walk. The contemporary architecture of the residence offers a harmonious counterpoint for the city's emblematic 'Belle Epoque' and art deco façades.

The open plan living area benefits from a large sliding door leading out onto the substantial terrace balcony furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The large living area is furnished to a high standard with large leather sofa, flat screen television and the dining area and kitchen are open plan. The units are all modern and have a built-in oven, double fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob and extractor fan.

At the heart of life in the city of Nice: Located on 23 Rue Pastorelli, the residence stands at the heart of life in the city of Nice. The first street on the right, Rue Gubernatis, is a pleasant thoroughfare with famous wine cellars where one can sample Niçois stuffed vegetables while savouring fine vintages, shop in designer boutiques, a herbalist’s or an outstanding chocolate store… there’s even a square where children play, under the palm trees.

Turning towards Rue de l’Hôtel des Postesit’s the retail excitement that grabs you, letting go only once your shopping is done and your bags loaded!

Ideal holiday Appartment

This is a lovely modern appartment in an ideal location. Secure entrance, lift and pleasant neighbours.
It was clean and reasonably well equipped. When we asked for a radio which was in the spec but not in the flat one was delivered the next day.
We were surprised there was no coffee maker and were told the coffee in local cafes was better! We bought our own cafetiere and brought it home!
The location is convenient for old town and public transport and yet not hotching with other tourists. Its outlook onto the garden below is lovely and it is pretty quiet for a city centre appartment.
We were surprised by the hefty cleaning price on top of the rent but this appears to be getting commoner.
We found Nice quite expensive for eating out but ate several times at the local wineshop that has winetastings and food. Great fun.
We would certainly consider using it again or recommending it to friends

The apartment was lovely and really centrally located to central Nice and the Old Town. It was really well kept - spacious, modern, clean and secure. It was also lovely and quiet. The apartment has every facility you could want too.

Gordon who met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and show us around was very welcoming and gave us some great tips on where to eat - we took up the recommendations and enjoyed some really nice local cuisine.

Have recommended the apartment to all my friends and family - a great find!
