One look at this Ohana and you will feel like you are in your own private paradise. When you walk up to this property you will be in awe of the mermaid/dolphin fountain. The theme is 'old hawaiiana' with touches of bamboo throughout. The pictures show its beauty, but it is much better in person. There are two very large lanais off the house that act as outdoor living areas. One lanai offers a recessed spa in the beautiful Trex decking. This lanai is very private and romantic at night with the outdoor lights dimmed down low. The second lanai is a outdoor extension off the living and kitchen area. Sit on this lanai on the beautiful teak dining set or the very high end outdoor furniture. This lanai is completely covered by a vaulted roof with 2 outdoor ceiling fans and dimmable lights allowing you to set the mood and level of comfort. This lanai also has a new stainless steel propane gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking needs. Take a step around the corner and spoil yourself with a hot outdoor shower in this fully enclosed outdoor bamboo shower surrounded by tropical landscape.
We have been coming to Maui for the last 25 years and always have loved it so much. On our 25th wedding anniversary we bought our first condo in Kihei. Our family and friends enjoyed it so much that we decided to purchase more properties to use as vacation rentals. Our son and daughter-in- law live on island and personally see to each of our properties. It has become a family affair.
Why is this property so great? Location, location, location! Kihei has always been and still is the families favorite vacation destination. Halama Street appealed to us because of its location. We love being able to walk around and shop, eat, and enjoy the best night life around. Halama street is where the Celebrities vacation.
Halama street is lined with multimillion dollar homes and is oceanfront in Kihei. You can walk to anything and everything and vacation where you are away from the resort/ condo experience. This property offers peace and quite, luxury accommodations, and the best location Kihei has to offer.
Halama Street is a highly sought after street to stay at because of the location and the peace and quiet. You have direct access to the beach to launch a kayak, paddle board or go fishing. Walk to Kalama Park at the end of the street and play tennis, volleyball, basketball, roller skate at the outdoor roller rink, skate boarding park, play baseball, or take a walk and/or ride a bike through the parks many paths. You can also walk to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, and the grocery store. A car is only recommended if you want to see the island, but not necessary because just about everything is within walking distance. We offer the use of his and hers beach cruisers to get around town, and we also include the use of a 2 person kayak, and 2 stand up paddle boards. Great location on a street lined with multimillion dollar homes. You wont be disappointed here.
