Victoria Cottage Rental Photos and Description
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 6-8 Sleeps Family Beach Cottage
Clovie’s Beach Cottage is a cozy 1700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family cottage on the South Shore of Prince Edward Island, with a rich history. It was originally built by the famous Rum Runner of the 1920's and 30's, Clovie Perry in Summerside. It was moved to the South Shore of PEI and restored.
We are thrilled with the finished product and know your family will enjoy this piece of Prince Edward Island history.
Clovie’s Beach Cottage Southern exposure makes this south shore location and beach, one of the warmest on Prince Edward Island. At low tide sandbars are exposed-leaving shallow tide pools that are warmed by the sun. This natural playground is perfect for swimming, walking and exploring; it is ideal for children.
Clovie’s Beach Cottage comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, front load washer and dryer, coffee pot, pots and pans, flat screen satellite TV, large furnished deck, gas BBQ, towels and linens, hardwood floors, dishes, etc.
Located centrally with easy access to Summerside, Charlottetown, the Confederation Bridge and beautiful Victoria-by-the-Sea, which is just next door. Numerous world class golf courses within a short drive as well as live theatre and excellent dining.

About Chris Palmer
The Palmer family, Chris, Kyla, Logan and Sydney have owned this land for 10 years. In 2012 we moved a cozy one a half storey historic home from Summerside to our land in Hampton and restore it to become Clovie's Beach Cottage.
Our family has been in the IT business and accommodation business in the past. We currently own a Property Development company, Chris is a Business Consultant and Kyla is a RN.

Why Chris Palmer chose Victoria
The South Shore of PEI has always been a special place to our family. As kids Chris and Kyla have fond memories of playing on miles and miles of sand bars and the small warm pools they produce. The warm waters of the Northumberland Strait have always been our choice to swim in the summer months.
We purchased this property in 2003 when we were lucky enough to be able to return to our home Province after 10 years 'away'.
What makes this cottage unique
The shore at low tide is a beautiful sight and will provide hours of enjoyment each and every day for your family. The well appointed cottage will make your stay as comfortable as your own home and nightly bonfires will be sure to have you tired enough to enjoy a great nights sleep and have you ready to do it all again tomorrow!
